A sequence of related rules, from specific to general.
1. You can tell who’s in charge by noticing who can’t be criticized.
2. Professional criminals and psychopaths always blame and frame innocent people for the crimes committed by the criminal.
3. Deepstate tricksters always blame and frame every possible cause EXCEPT the real cause for a problem. When the real cause of a problem is the trickster (eg FBI blaming “terrorists” and “subversives” for FBI’s crimes) this reduces to (2). A more general example is “global warming”, which is blamed on a hundred different things, from cow farts to car exhaust, but NEVER blamed on the internal magnetic cycles of the earth.

Generalizing: When you spot the unique nonbark in each case, you know the real culprit or the real cause or the real ruler.
Sometimes the unique nonbark is obvious, sometimes it’s so well hidden that nobody can even think of it.
THEY KNOW IT’S A HOAX BECAUSE THEY WROTE THE HOAX.
