Until a couple weeks ago the Dem party was frozen up by its insistence that a rotting corpse was the only possible candidate. Nothing could happen, nobody was able to do the normal things that a business or party does to attract more customers.
After they finally buried the corpse, the party is suddenly able to move again, able to seek a goal.
Now it’s the Repooflicans who are frozen in place by the exact opposite end of the spectrum. They insist that a wildly insane Mad Strangler and Mass Murderer is the only possible candidate. Any attempt to behave normally will get the offender FIRED instantly by the Mad Strangler, a gangster trained by Roy Cohn, who will NOT abide the slightest micropercent of disobedience or disloyalty. He’s showing his Red Queen wide open now, saying that a Disloyal Guy is a Bad Guy. Off with his head!
Will the Repoofs make the same choice? It’s getting late.
