Time to start the roof-raking record for this winter. As always, this should be in my private daily worklog, but I started doing it here, so I’ll continue the tradition.

Last winter started late and needed only one raking.
2/6/2025 First raking of the season. EXTREMELY late; normally most of the snow is in Nov and Dec. This was 5″ fluffy, accumulated from two days. Marginally necessary, but we’re getting into some very cold days which tend to freeze up the edge of the roof.

3/15/2025 Well, I guess that’s all. Only one raking. Might be an inch or two coming later, but nothing worth the rake. Total snow for the season seems to be 16 inches, which is second from bottom in recent years.
