“Journalists” are trying to create new “local” media, which means new copy-paste outlets for DNC and new LBOs for private equity predators. The same “journalists” complain that video media like Youtube and Tiktok are overcentralized. As fucking always they’ve got it backwards. Fortunately humans no longer listen or watch the perfectly centralized “journalists”. We’re too busy reading and watching REAL local arts and culture and news on Facebook and Youtube and Tiktok.
Before “journalism” was fully DNCized and Blackrockized, radio stations were genuinely local. They featured and PAID local musicians and drama groups and writers.

None of these jobs or programs are possible on DNC media now. All are possible and often well paid on Youtube and Tiktok.
In fairness, the new positions are more risky and less secure than the old. But entertainment has never been truly secure. Announcers, actors and musicians understood that they were instantly firable.
