This is a good sign. They’re full Machiavelli. They’ve figured out that “voting” is utterly pointless.

Looking more closely at the poll article, it gets even better.

Is astrology a science? Is numerology legitimate? Is the Earth flat? The answer to all these questions is “no.” But young people glued to their social media had a hard time answering when the Reboot Foundation surveyed them in March 2023. Nearly 40 percent of TikTokers (ages 13 to 24) who use the app for more than an hour a day said they believed in numerology. When it came to astrology, 58 percent said it might be a legitimate science. And the flat Earth? 17 percent of teen users couldn’t say definitively that the Earth is round.

Good, by god. They are rejecting media-driven orthodoxy and trusting their own senses. In fact astrology USED TO BE a real science, and still has scientific roots. Numerology also has strong roots in real math; along with astrology it became decadent after the paid mathematicians discarded the real world. Most people OBSERVE a flat earth. Only frequent fliers and frequent sailors OBSERVE a round earth.

42 percent said they disagreed with the statement “Science helps the world more than it harms it.”
