Dixie frustration

The Dixie takeover was already underway before the “virus” NAZI TORTURE CAMP advanced it dramatically.

Governors who assisted this takeover have a huge argument on their side. They could be saying:

I gave my state peace and prosperity and freedom, while other governors were giving their states riots and strangulation and unemployment. If you elect me, I’ll try to do the same for the whole country.

DeSantis could make this argument most strongly. He totally skips over it and just plays the idiotic Trans Babies game, which was already a loser in Florida. He didn’t beat Disney.

Haley could do it a bit less effectively since she moved into DC before the NAZI TORTURE CAMP. She could emphasize the industrial part, and she does to a limited extent, but mostly says Trans Babies and Bomb Russia.

The obvious answer, which I already know but keep vainly hoping otherwise, is that these candidates are NOT talking to voters. They’re NOT applying for the job of president. They’re only talking to big donors, appealing for cash. They’re in it for the money.

It’s parallel to the social media and academia games. These organizations nominally pretend to be working for customers or voters or students. In fact each is solely working for the shareholders and donors.

QT stopped the infinite money fountain for venture capitalists. Corporations are changing their focus back to customers now that the VC class has less control. The donors to politicians and academia are less affected by QT. Most are older demons with older money. (eg Soros, Bloomberg, Adelson, Koch)

A few days later, DeSantis has come right out and stated his purpose.

As governor of Florida I’ve been able to accomplish a lot. I think I could probably do more staying there than being VP, which doesn’t really have any authority.

This explains the mysterious incompetence of his campaign. He’s an experienced political operator and knows the game. In years when the incumbent is automatic and inevitable, younger candidates are simply auditioning, gaining money and fame, not intending to be “elected”.
