Even when their decisions appear to favor humans, the reality shows up quickly. The recent reversal of Roe appeared to favor pro-lifers. In fact the decision mobilized the proaborts, who instantly took advantage of newly opened state “court” decisions and state referenda to REINFORCE proabort laws.
