Greenwald asks the right question

Dissidents always get excited when a court “decides” in their favor. They naively think “laws” exist. Deepstate doesn’t use “laws”.

Greenwald’s latest long feature on Rumble is an interview with Jenin Younes, a lawyer involved in the latest “victory”. Around 40 minutes, Glenn asks the important question.

The “constitution” is perfectly clear, and a whole lot of previous decisions are also clear. The government and tech tyrants went ahead and violated all those old “laws”. Why should this decision be any different?

Younes brought out two facts that aren’t obvious to outsiders like me.

1. An immediate decision that applies directly to the companies and agencies who are violating the “law” right now will make it much easier for dissidents to sue those companies and agencies, and harder for the tyrants to claim ignorance.

2. She had access to internal discussions at Facebook where some managers were trying to resist the government pressure, and others responded that the government was threatening to ruin Facebook if it disobeyed. This information points a finger at the specific people involved with the decision.
