PEOPLE.
Enid is in the comparatively sane part of the country, more rural than urban, with a long history of public-spirited employers. It’s not seriously damaged by the craziest devil governors and mayors and Tech Tyrants and Public Death Officers. But even in a relatively sane area, the basic ties of society are gone.
