The original sin

We have stupid arguments about whether the political actions against Trump are “politically motivated”. Of course politics is politically motivated. By fucking definition.

The real problem is deeper than Trump. As fucking always, the British system worked properly and our NYC tax evaders ruined the correct method.

Parliament decides on PMs in an honestly political way, by majority choice of the MPs in the majority party. When they don’t like a PM for whatever reason, they don’t need fake “judicial” crap like impeachments or insurrections. They just vote him out and pick a new PM, all within the normal procedures of a LEGISLATURE.

The NYC tax evaders started out with a rebranded parliament in the Articles of Confederation. The president was defined as the presiding officer of Congress, not the head of a distinct executive branch. The tax evaders needed more tyranny and rigidity, so the 1787 “constitution” forced a fake “judicial” procedure to remove the leader. Impeachment has never been used, while the British removal procedure happens OFTEN. Three times in the last decade, each time running smoothly, leaving the rejected leader still in Parliament with no fake “judicial” charges against him. He simply wasn’t the right PM at that moment, but he could still return at a different moment. The easy and smooth removal allows QUICK RESPONSE AND QUICK IMPROVEMENT of governing. A functional feedback loop.

Separation of powers is the original sin. The separation allows the executive and judicial branches to run on their own without any control by the legislature.
