He means this to be nasty parody, but it’s simply plain old truth. I was always sure Satoshi was working for Deepstate, but I wasn’t sure of his ultimate purpose until I read the original code.
Part of the purpose was obvious: Develop a cult of “bank opponents”, similar to Occupy Wall Street, which was also operated by the bankers.
The 1880s Populists ran the same trick. They diagnosed the crimes of banks accurately, then steered the followers toward a solution that sounded countercultural but actually gave MORE power to banks and MORE debt to the farmers and small businesses. Finally Bryan simply joined Wilson and helped to grow tyranny and globalism.
