Empires don’t collapse through revolution. Revolution creates an even worse empire. Empires collapse naturally through laziness and lack of family formation and lack of reproduction. Tyrants can always manipulate eager workers and eager reproducers.

Quiet Quitting and refusal to reproduce are nature’s automatic answers to total Machiavellian lunacy. When everything is fucked, Nature stops fucking.

Tyrants stop making war when they run out of gasoline and weapons and soldiers. The same applies to an internal war.

When the rulers are not entirely evil, they will RESPOND NATURALLY to natural reluctance by improving conditions. This happened in 1910 with Social Economics, and happened again in 1950.

At the moment it looks like our current rulers are entirely evil with no exceptions, but we can’t be sure until we test their response by continuing to WITHHOLD OUR TALENTS AND RESOURCES. The 1910 Fordist response wasn’t immediate, and the 1950 unionist response wasn’t immediate. We’ll never get another FDR who ACTIVELY SOLVED PROBLEMS, but with luck we may get a generalized pullback of tyranny. Powell has taken away the biggest resource, free money. China is retracting into its traditional Middle Kingdom shell, making it harder to offshore. We need to swing WITH those two losses, not COMPENSATE for those two losses.
