Federal courts are starting to make a few SANE decisions, counteracting the Gaian demons who are trying to kill all peasants so Bezos can own the world.

1. The Osage, who have been at the bottom of the economic totem pole for decades, are finally winning an important battle. In the area between Ponca and Tulsa, a “wind” tax evasion company built a massive field of bird choppers without regard for Osage mineral rights. The tribe sued, and a FEDERAL COURT found in their favor, then reinforced the ruling. Now the “wind” tax evaders are forced by FEDERAL LAW to tear down their China-serving monstrosity. The Gaian tax evaders always stop construction of GOOD projects when a tribe orders it, so they’ll have a hard time disobeying a tribe when the tribe is trying to stop a BAD project.

2. Even more amazing, the NINTH BLACK-ROBED DEMONS have kicked out all of the China-serving natural gas bans in this part of the country. Several cities in California, along with Seattle and the SUPERDEMONIC devildom of Washington, enacted bans on future construction in order to reserve all of our resources for the Middle Kingdom and kill all peasants.

A restaurant association sued, and the NINTH DEMONS ruled firmly against the “state” demons. According to Bryce, the judges who made the ruling (and then reinforced it) are all Democrats, so there’s no way the “state” demons can get around it. Until now these state and city demons have ruthlessly obeyed the NINTH DEMONS to ruin their own people. They’ll have a hard time disobeying the same NINTH DEMONS, especially since the black-robed demons in this case are all Democrats.
