Adverse possession wins

The Supremes have decided 9-0 that states can’t kick Trump off the ballot.

In practical terms I’d rather have the opposite result. It would be “unjust”, but none of the fake “trials” are getting anywhere close to real “justice”. If “justice” existed, Trump and all other Federal officials and most governors and all mayors and all Public “health” officials would already be executed for 2020.

Since “justice” doesn’t exist, I’ll take what I can get. If Trump is removed from power by utter stupidity, fine. Whatever it takes.

Trying to think more broadly, this decision does fit the old models of real natural law and common law. Common law and natural law say USE IT OR LOSE IT. This applies to everything in life, and it was stated in common law as a principle.

If a written law or a written copyright or a written property deed is never enforced, it ceases to be a functional law. You can’t suddenly enforce a copyright after allowing copies for many years. You can’t suddenly claim property after allowing the neighbor to build on it for many years. You can’t suddenly use a written law to arrest someone if you’ve allowed everyone else to break the law for many years.

All of these fake charges fit the category. They’re busting Trump for breaking written laws that were never noticed before. They’re busting Trump for evading tax as every millionaire does. They’re busting him for keeping classified documents, which is an explicit privilege of presidents.

Nobody else was ever busted for these charges.

Later reality check: Need to remember that all of this bizarre drama is happening inside the movie studio of the media bots and partisan bots, who are a shrinking minority of the total population. About 2/3 of the people now recognize that the entire arena of politics is not worth their attention. Politics is fiction sports.
