I wrote this in April 2020, after the lockdowns but before the waterboarding got started. Later on the point got even sharper, as the holocaust directly ruined public transit, another favorite target of the Randians. I’m proud of catching the correlation before it was blatantly obvious.
Right now I’m tired of Repooflicans trying to blame and frame “commies”, including Chinese “commies”. The whole thing was Repooflican and Libertarian, triggered by Bush, shaped by Repoofs to benefit the tech tyrants, and implemented by Trump.
The Repoofs started hating Noem early, turning against her because she wasn’t playing the Trans Baby game exactly right. Now they’re hating her for showing the traditional farm attitude** toward animals instead of the city attitude. Their real problem with Noem is that she countered THEIR holocaust, again using rural common sense. Rural and small town cultures (including Africa) consistently reject the urban fear of dirt and germs, and consistently rejected the Bezos-Bush holocaust.

As a few governors start to make noises in the proper direction, ordinary idiot politics starts to pop up again. R vs D, Libertarian vs Commie, etc.
There’s some validity to the division, but only at the extremes. The worst monsters like Newsom and Inslee have the D label. The best governors, or more precisely the ONE GOOD GOVERNOR, Kristi Noem, is R. In the middle, most Rs and Ds are indistinguishably monstrous.
Some commenters are saying “Elect more libertarians!” This is EXACTLY wrong. Inslee and Newsom are Libertarians to the evil bone. They would be the same if they had the R label instead of the D label, as proved by the Wash state Repooflicans who share the exact same beliefs and agenda. Inslee and Newsom were “elected” and maintained by the holocaust money of Amazon and Apple, which are the direct and massive beneficiaries of #StayHome. Cui bono? Apple bono, Amazon bono.
The tech monsters are the hard core of Libertarian politics.
Libertarians and Globalists are exactly the same thing, like Three and 3. Globalists are THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF SOCIALISTS. Globalists believe in absolute infinite monopoly power for the richest and most psychopathic man on Earth. Globalists refuse to tax the richest monsters. Globalists believe in open borders. Globalists eliminate all real business and industry, leaving only the bankers alive. Globalists get a hardon every time a Deplorable dies, because every death of a Negative Externality raises Share Value.
All of these beliefs have been implemented by the Libertarian brand of Globalists, and we’re seeing the result. Open borders allow unfamiliar pathogens to penetrate in high quantities. ZERO TAX means the infrastructure is unable to handle NORMAL medical care, let alone the surges required for epidemics. Share Value offshores jobs and skills, including the skills of making pharmaceuticals. All money and power goes to Bezos and Soros.
Also, not quite parallel to the above but more meaningful: The lockdowns are a typical Silicon Valley Innovative Disruption. They follow the Larry Ellison model of ANTI-engineering. Never do what works. Always do something OUTRAGEOUSLY NEW which will shock the people. Create delusional THEORIES and rigidly follow them, ignoring thousands of years of EXPERIENCE. When the THEORIES predictably cause chaos and death, LET THE FIRES BURN.
If we ever decide to run standard public health procedures on the lockdowns, tracing Patient Zero and early spreaders, Amazon and Apple will be the first place to look…. along with the short-selling stock demons who were unquestionably the Early Adopters of panication.

The one important thing I didn’t understand at that early stage was the epidemic itself. At that time I still thought there might be a serious flu virus, and there might be a real epidemic. I later OBSERVED that there wasn’t an epidemic, and if there was a virus it wasn’t especially serious. We’ll never know if there was a real pathogen. All data is firmly in the hands of the monsters, especially thanks to Obamacare and HIPAA.
**Footnote: I’m a city boy, so I’m uncomfortable with the traditional farm attitude. I also understand that farmers are CRUCIAL TO SURVIVAL. City boys and city girls don’t eat if farmers fail. Our discomfort is irrelevant, and we shouldn’t use our discomfort to destroy the EXPERIENCE-BASED WISDOM of farmers. Every animal eats. Most animals, including humans, eat other animals. We have to kill some creatures if we want to survive. We don’t have to like it but we have to do it. Most cultures recognize that the duty is unpleasant, and try to minimize or sacralize the killing. Halal and Kosher try to minimize both the eating and the unnecessary slaughter of animals, but don’t require us to eat only plants.
