Wondered why 100% of “news” about politics is pointless arguing. A roasts B, C debates with D, E kicks F out of speakership. Within “dissident” circles it’s the same. Pointless arguing about who’s more ideologically pure or who’s taking more money from Deepstate.
For powerless people, the only effective political action is Desistance, finding ways to remove resources and strength from the arguers and bureaucrats. I didn’t take the job, I didn’t spend the money, I didn’t join the protest, I didn’t “vote”.
After making the comparison, the answer is clear.
Desistance isn’t good theater.
It can’t be theater, because you can’t go on stage to show how you’re not on stage.
There’s no way to make not-doing interesting or entertaining.
