The Supremes continue their probably futile but admirable campaign to restore written laws.
The Chevron decision is in the same category as the FB/Twitter decision. Both tell Congress to get its miserable ass in gear and start LEGISLATING. Stop letting the courts and the agencies make laws.
Courts are supposed to decide who’s guilty of crimes or who pays in a lawsuit.
Executives are supposed to prosecute or sue violators of laws.
Legislatures are supposed to write the laws that define crimes, and write the laws for the executives to enforce.

Later after seeing more stupid responses to the FB/Twitter decision, the same old trick is showing up. Politicians are blaming the court for their own conflation of publishers and carriers in Section 230. As long as they can blame the court for interpreting laws and reality correctly, they don’t have to fix the problem they created.
