When they miss

When Deepstate misses, it strengthens the hand of the intended target. Deepstate tried to take out Teddy Roosevelt in the middle of a campaign speech. He said “I believe I’ve been shot” and finished the speech. Tried to take out FDR in a campaign event. A brave local cop and a local woman knocked the gun out of Deepstate’s hand, missing FDR and hitting Mayor Cermak. Reagan was hit by Bush’s bullet, but luckily he was close to an emergency room in DC that was expert in gunshots because DC is such a hellhole.

The current try reminds me of the FDR attempt.

For clarity, I’m NOT saying Trump is FDR. It would be nice if this event causes him to follow the same path as FDR, constraining Deepstate instead of obeying it. I doubt that will happen.

Later, one commentator notices a pattern. Deepstate likes to kill anti-globalists. He cites the recent shootings of Fico in Slovakia (who survived) and Abe in Japan (who was killed). Both were populists in the modern sense. TR and FDR were the best and most genuine populists, and FDR showed what a populist could accomplish. Several others don’t fit the pattern. The Kennedys and Reagan were on the globalist side. Those were personal, not political. LBJ obviously killed JFK. RFK isn’t as definite, but his death made it easier for LBJ’s intended successor Nixon to win. Bush obviously shot Reagan. (Bush was also the head of Deepstate, but this was just Brutus vs Caesar.)
