Substack Notes started as a copy of Twitter. Now it has become a precise mirror image of Reddit. Both consist mainly of horrible can’t-unsee-it pictures atop blindly partisan insults related to This Week’s One Official Topic.
Only difference: Reddit takes the D side and Substack takes the R side.
This week’s One Official Topic is the Woke Olympics, which nobody outside Reddit and Substack gives a fuck about. The Olympics has been a purely political event since 1936, not interesting to real sports fans.
