Trump continues reverting to his norm. He has completely abandoned his 2016 fake populism. Now he’s just a noisy version of Mitt Romney, a pure servant of the billionaires, as he was before 2016.
Basically, we’re going to drill baby drill, get the energy prices down, almost immediately, we’re going to close the border and get the bad ones out. And we’re gonna let a lot of people come in. More immigrants are needed because we need more people – especially AI coming and all different things.
Letting more people in is the opposite of “closing the border”. Working immigrants are actually more of a threat to Americans than non-working immigrants. Working immigrants LOWER WAGES FOR EVERYONE. The criminals don’t lower wages, they just mess things up.
On oil drilling, every administration is pro-petroleum despite the different-sounding lies. US oil production reached new historic highs during the Biden years. Oil production went up at the start of the Trump years, then down when Trump imprisoned and tortured the country in 2020, then started rising again after Biden took over.
