Relentlessly pursuing the Fairness Doctrine!
I had the annual Medicare Wellness Visit this week. It’s clear that Kaiser Permanente is trying to restore some of the trust they violently threw away in 2020, plus even a bit more.
Long before the holocaust they had a ‘mandate’ that aggravated me. They wouldn’t let me renew the annual prescription for blood pressure pills until AFTER the annual Wellness thing. I considered this to be extortionate, and it often created a tense situation when the last authorized pills ran out just before the annual Wellness thing. They quietly dropped this requirement last year, which removed one of my longterm aggravations.
During this visit I watched for muzzles and didn’t see one on any of the employees or patients.
The nurse was careful to respond non-aggressively when I refused all the offered vaxes, as I’ve done every time for 14 years. She made a point of saying “That’s ok!” Previously they pressed hard to get all the vaxes. Vaccines are lifesavers against certain viruses like polio and measles, but none of these belong to that category. They’re in the category of more likely risk than benefit.
So here’s a careful tentative Bravo to one part of the destroyed profession.

Irrelevant sidenote: When the Fairness Doctrine was first required by FCC in 1934, broadcasters hated it because they knew that partisan noise attracted listeners. Nothing has changed. Partisan teamwork gets clicks, and the more I pursue Fairness here the less clicks I get. In 2021 it was pretty clear that my departure from the partisan anti-“virus” team got me canceled at Blogspot. To stay in the good graces of the clicklords you must stoutly repeat ALL the standard orthodoxies. I’ve always been cautiously pro-vax and VIOLENTLY anti-lockdown and anti-strangulation. In other words I favor REAL experience-based public health and dislike ALL violations of REAL public health. The RFK team solely focused on vaxes and ignored the serious and deadly parts of the “virus” tyranny. And this week RFK predictably abandoned his followers and embraced the tyrant who created the holocaust.
