Local magazine The Inlander has an article highlighting each of the official Neighborhoods. This Neighborhood includes Boulevard Park along with larger areas to the south and north. The article gives a special salute to the work of Norbert Leute, who decided to improve the Boulevard in 2020. Googlestreets shows part of his work:
The real thing looks better, especially in summer. I’m glad to see a public mention of his gardening artistry, which made a real difference in the look and feel of the Boulevard.
I first noticed Leute in 2017 when he and I were the only regular roof rakers. He was equally energetic with his snow shovel, clearing out part of the street parking along with his driveway and sidewalk.
