I’m constantly bitching that nobody ever reads the blog items I put some craft into. Putting together a tech history or neuroscience piece takes research and graphics work. I’m accustomed to seeing all readers skip the “good stuff” and read the random shit.
Finally a reader in Las Vegas is hitting, with remarkable accuracy, only the “good stuff” (by my standards) in the old Blogspot blog, and skipping the pointless space-fillers.
It appears to be a human reader, not a bot. Nice to see an exception to the drab rule.
11/9 Update a week later … Las Vegas is still hitting the jackpot. Still picking out the best (measured by my work and passion) and skipping the throwaway crap.
