Sometimes he’s just keeping the cultists in the fold, sometimes he’s threatening a horrible fate to achieve a much smaller goal in negotiation. He’s a mix of evangelist and gangster.
US media and partisans treat his words as absolute promises and projects, and IGNORE his actual results.
Dems hate the imaginary universe his words form; Repoofs love the imaginary universe.
