Persuasion includes sharing your customer’s interests whether you mean it or not. Repooflicans and Democrats are opposite in this area.
If you want to know what youngsters are interested in, watch the influencers. Right now the influencers of both genders are completely traditional.
Male influencers** are talking about sports, gambling (casinos and bitcoin), and cigars. Repooflican politicians are sharing these interests, supporting them with legislation where possible. Repooflicans are making casinos and bitcoin official.
Female influencers are talking about the same things women have talked about forever. Makeup, clothing, houses, food and kids. They’re also vaping on camera. Democrat politicians are going the opposite way. They’re still stuck in 1970s feminism, which was AGGRESSIVELY MASCULINE. D politicians are NOT introducing bills to improve cosmetics or clothing, not making food or houses cheaper, not making family life more convenient. Instead they’re favoring abortion and birth control and trannies to make CELIBACY more convenient, and banning vapes but not banning cigars.

** Irrelevant nonbarking sidenote. One of the traditional man-talk topics is missing now. Men always talked about vehicles and tools. Horses, buggies, automobiles, stereos, aircraft, computers. Politicians used to show off their interest in cars and machinery. Those topics are missing from the current ‘news influencers’ as defined by Pew. There are some car and tech talkers like Mike Rowe, but they’re not on the same level as Rogan or Barstool.
