The wokies are correct when they complain that ‘Western Civ’ courses are irrelevant and false. Some of the wokies want to replace the falseness with a different brand of falseness, some don’t. Nevertheless the complaint itself is correct.
Western Civ classes, including all the “history” and “civics” we memorized in high school, are blatant propaganda by the bankers and robber barons and churches. We “learned” that peasants lived short lives under the whip of their masters until they were freed by sweatshop owners and churches. Sweatshops are wonderful glorious free heavens, and people now have the “right” of “voting” for one sweatshop or the other sweatshop. Modern peasants have the “right” to choose starvation or working 24/7 for Elon. This is Liberty and Freedom and Truth.
