At the start of July the so-called “city” passed a so-called “law” that pretended to enable more enforcement against the homeless. Two weeks later they’ve had plenty of chances to use it, and nothing has changed.
Chad “Misty” Horne ran wild, starting more than a dozen big fires in one day, causing massive damage and trouble. Amazingly the “city” did arrest him after he told them where to find him. Even more amazingly they haven’t released him yet. He’s been in jail for THREE DAYS, which is a new Guinness record. Life in solitary by Soros standards.
Meanwhile, the usual baseline of brushfires from less energetic bums continues at a rate of three or four per day. Each fire WOULD be an opportunity to arrest and jail someone, but nothing else has happened.

On July 13, 2025, at approximately 6:15 pm, Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a brush fire near a residence in the 500 block of E. Hastings Road. Several callers reported seeing a white male, approximately 40 years old, with long curly hair, wearing red shorts and a white shirt, run from the area of the fire. Deputies arrived as Spokane County Fire District 9 Firefighters extinguished the flames.
Deputies observed a large group of people standing around a male, later identified as 55-year-old Thomas E. Jones. Jones, flailing his arms and legs about and mumbling incoherently, matched the description of the suspect provided by callers. From witness statements and evidence gained during their investigation, Deputies arrested Jones for Reckless Burning 2nd Degree.
During a search of Jones and his property, Deputies located a torch, a can of butane, a blue Bic lighter, a half-empty pack of Marlboro cigarettes, a suspected meth pipe, a small plastic baggie containing a white powered substance believed to be fentanyl, and another small plastic baggie containing a white crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine.
However, per an agreement approved by the Municipal/District Court, these charges qualified for him to be released on his own recognizance due to Critical Status (jail overcrowding/population), and he was released soon after.

The sheriff’s office is clearly pissed about the situation but can’t do anything about it. They’re just as helpless as other HUMANS in the face of SOROSIAN DEMONS running the city and state and country and world. Soros is LBO’ing another country, and all leaders at all levels are conspiring with him.
A similar distinction was visible during the Bush/Trump holocaust of 2020-2022. City cops and county cops were unhappy about enforcing the Bush/Trump torture chamber, and tried to minimize the damage, but couldn’t rebel without losing their budgets.
Hmm. Since the arsonist is Tom Jones, maybe I should retitle the post ‘It’s not unusual.’
