Been using and enjoying the fresh food from Full Circle for two years. Some items are just the food itself, others are wrapped and labeled. The labels are always in English and French.
Organic Cauliflower / Chou-fleur biologique
Organic and biologic are equally silly. All food except salt** is organic, and biology is the study of life, not a description of food. Biological Food is like Geological Coal or Technological Computers.
Why not Spanish? Why not Coliflor orgánica? It’s the dominant second language or first language in the western US. French isn’t dominant anywhere, but French labels are required in Canada.
Most food is partly planted and harvested by Spanish-speaking people, but I guess they aren’t considered to be customers.
** But Mortons Salt makes a point of saying it’s organic and GMO-free, which should be obvious by the nature of it.
