Update at last on Hilderbrand

The fake “shutdown” didn’t affect me in any meaningful way. I can’t figure out what the politicians hope to accomplish by playing this game. They weren’t solving any problems before the “shutdown”, and they’re not solving any problems now. The “shutdown” doesn’t change anything.

The “shutdown” did prevent me from satisfying my curiosity and reaching a sense of completion. Back in April I was called for a federal jury on a case involving fraudulent use of SBA loans during the Bush/Trump “virus” holocaust. The physical part was hard for me to handle, and the specific emotional part of revisiting the “virus” made it even harder. The double stress probably triggered the eczema I’ve been scratching since then.

The sentencing was scheduled for Oct 8, after the “shutdown” started. Today, Nov 17, the court is pouring out news releases that were withheld during the “shutdown”. Here’s the relevant item. Raymond Hilderbrand was sentenced to 30 months (2.5 years) in prison, and his wife was let off with time served.

The crime happened in 2022, and they’ve been paying lawyers to fight it ever since. They didn’t get much for their money, did they? When you’re guilty, pleading out fast is ALWAYS better. An early plea would have brought a shorter sentence, and they probably could have been done and out in 2024. Now they won’t be out until 2028.

Reprinting the previous item for background:

I finally located a report of the trial that I escaped from. Now I can write about it.

The jury did the RIGHT THING and found these assholes GUILTY.

The Hilderbrands, operating a set of dubious businesses in Spokane Valley, were found guilty on multiple fraud charges. They will be sentenced in July, up to 20 years.

= = = = = Extracts from the report:

The Hilderbrands engaged in an elaborate scheme to obtain money from the Small Business Administration (SBA) to spend on their entertainment business called Powerline Enterprise LLC (Powerline), even though in September of 2021, the SBA had declined to fund a loan for the company.

Raymond Hilderbrand completed a EIDL application in the name of Hilderbrand Auto Services, which was an automotive repair business, owned by the Raymond Hilderbrand, located at 10423 E. Trent Avenue, Spokane Valley. In the application he told the SBA the EIDL funds would be used as working capital for Hilderbrand Auto Services, and would not be used for another company. However, in February 2022, when SBA sent $320,000 to Hilderbrand Auto to be used by that business to alleviate economic injury caused by the pandemic, the Hilderbrands immediately transferred $311,000 to Powerline. The Hilderbrands then used $295,000 of the EIDL funds to purchase the Trent Avenue property in the name of Powerline, with Jennifer Hilderbrand as the only owner.

The fraudsters continued inventing new fake businesses and applying for loans, some accepted and some declined.

I knew that I couldn’t manage a week of full days. I’m old and getting physically weaker. When I heard the subject of the case, I knew that my EXTREME PREJUDICE about the whole devilish Bush/Trump torture machine would make any sort of objectivity impossible, and would quickly make my mental state even worse. I stated clearly that my overall feelings about the whole “virus” mess would wipe out objectivity, and fortunately the lawyers kicked me out of the box after one day of hell.

I’m HAPPY that the jurors didn’t need my dubious help, and I suspect that my angry presence could have ruined the whole proceedings. Staying out was good for me and good for the result.

The SBA is one of the decent parts** of the government, along with SSA and USPS and IRS. In this case SBA was trying to balance out the massive evil of the Bush/Trump parts of government by helping some businesses who were harmed or bankrupted. These assholes dishonestly took money that SHOULD have gone to suffering LEGITIMATE businesses. Two of my neighbors were in entertainment-related businesses. One was a photographer, the other ran sound systems for venues. Both suffered heavily. The photographer’s girlfriend replaced him with a more “essential” guy who had money.

JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED.

** Even if I didn’t know anything about it, I’d know that SBA is one of the useful parts because Elon/Trump is trying to delete it. Perfect shibboleth, perfect measuring tool. Elon wants to eliminate all the useful parts and leave only war and tyranny and torture.

The sentencing was originally scheduled for July, but was apparently postponed, and finally happened on October 8. The court itself is running normally, but the public reporting of sentences has halted during the “shutdown” so I couldn’t satisfy my curiosity or feel a sense of completion. Did they get prison time or did they get off with probation? Was justice truly served?
