Lately I’ve been noticing an inrush of familiar old neocons into Substack, the folks who used to write for National Review, then wrote the first generation of neocon blogs like Pajamas Media and Hot Air.
Now the head builder of wars and torture camps has joined. Bush himself has a newsletter. The Great Satan, the devil who killed more than anyone since Lincoln, is still alive, still making billions, still gaining awards and admiration from idiot “resisters”.
This will probably be the final straw. I’ve been gradually pulling my money and attention out of Substack as the ratio of value to crap diminishes. Not gonna disconnect yet. Most of my energy is going toward work right now, and I don’t want to make a snap decision while I’m not paying much attention anyway.
