The lecturer recognizes that business and technology no longer exist. Altman exists.
The headline is important… Microsoft’s turnaround announcement a few days ago wasn’t the expected fake apology. They’ve already started to eliminate the shackles that prevent people from GETTING SHIT DONE. Yesterday they suddenly and quietly turned off Copilot. Nobody complained, everyone who noticed it cheered.
I didn’t notice it. My new computer is shackled by Win 11 but it was made in 2023 before MS was subsumed in the Godhead of Altman. It doesn’t have the special hardware that Copilot uses, so it didn’t install Copilot. I’m still waiting for the other advertised turnoffs.
