If you really want to oppose AI slop, make human writing MORE AGREEABLE and MORE PLEASANT. AI is winning for the same reason that porn is winning. Human writers are either overly intellectual (citing Plato) or overly grammatical (Upon whom, in which) or overly preachy. ABOVE ALL, STOP USING THE IDIOTIC WORD AGENCY in every goddamn sentence. It has no meaning at all.
Chatbots win because they don’t lecture or condescend to their users.
Porn wins because it doesn’t slap or sue or shun unpopular men.
