The stock market is insatiably wicked. They already won big from Farinacci’s 800-house holocaust in August. Now the displaced people are living in a variety of temporary places, with relatives or in apartments or hotels. New apts were already needed, now we need more. It will take a long time to rebuild 800 houses, so the bettors decided to up the ante.
Two apts under construction were burned early Saturday morning. The “news” articles are especially vague, but the picture is clear. Two buildings separated by another building went up at the same time. Weather is damp and cool now, so random sparks aren’t going to trigger a big fire.
I hope the contractors of the two new houses in this neighborhood are watching carefully.
