While waiting for the bus in front of the store, I noticed an ordinary** car parking fairly close to me, which caught my attention. Typical mid-size ’90s GM sedan in good shape. The store isn’t crowded at this hour, so customers park near the store, not near the street.
Must be a store employee? Nope. The door opened, a healthy-looking young man got out, and didn’t go into the store. He walked over to the street corner and started begging.

** I’m focused on cars at this bus stop because I often see UNordinary cars there. Last week I saw a ’49 Olds, an MG Midget, and an IH Scout.
