In the last 50 years both “parties” had dozens of ideal opportunities to stop making problems and start solving problems. Every single time they refused.
Even when the problems are ALREADY BEING SOLVED, the Repooflicans still can’t figure out how to ALLOW THE SOLUTION. They’re digging in on the ‘culture war’, calling it the most important question. It was never the most important question. The Youngkin election in Virginia proved it. Pundits attributed his unexpected success to the CRT crap, but it was really a rebellion against the “virus” shutdowns of schools.
Now the culture issues are fading out, quietly and passively, by Powell’s resolute switch to real economics. The culture war was created by NYC/SF shareholders who held all the money power from 2008 to 2021. Shareholders hate profits and production and employees and customers. When shareholders had ALL the power, corporations followed orders and eliminated profits and production and employees and customers.
When the free money fountain turned off, corporations were blindsided. They suddenly had to please customers. Some of them adjusted pretty well. Others like Budweiser failed to turn the wheel, and now they’re being punished.
QT is also collapsing the social media and propaganda industry, which ballooned on VC money. With less pressure from the propagandists, normal life has a better chance.
If Repoofs really want to solve the culture war, they should STAND THE HELL BACK and stop fighting Powell. They probably shouldn’t openly support him either, because the media will catch the connection and push even harder against QT. Not smart to hand extra ammunition to the enemy.

The real issue is the Public Death torturers, who were mostly Repooflicans appointed by Bush and implemented by Trump. But the Repoofs are enslaved to both Bush and Trump, so they can’t even mention the real problem.
