GOC 2.0

The military has allegedly lost a super-expensive F-35 jet, and is asking the public to help find it.

Happened before. In the 50s the military organized the Ground Observer Corps, who were allegedly tasked with watching for enemy aircraft. Russia wasn’t trying to attack us then. Russia has NEVER tried to attack us. So the alleged mission was obviously false. Later the real purpose emerged. The observers were beta testers for early stealth tech. If an experimental plane was reported in the correct location, it wasn’t invisible enough.

UFOs also serve the same purpose. When the government welcomes UFO reports, it’s running the same kind of beta test. When UFO reports are tinfoiled, there’s no test underway.

Self-calibrating: In 2005 I wanted the government to bring back GOC so we could detect “Islamic terrorists” more effectively.

When I get pissed at ordinary folks who fell for the “virus” panic, I try to remember that I fell for the “terrorist” panic and took several years to pull out of it. Everyone has a weak spot, and government follows Lincoln’s rule. Always create new weak spots. Fool most of the people most of the time.
