Non-convergers

I’m not excited about most of the Officially Exciting Topics, starting with vax, which is a misdirection from the REAL torture of lockdowns and strangulation and raw screeching panic.

I’ve never been upset about censorship and canceling. Frankly I don’t see much difference between the supposedly “more free” online channels and the supposedly “less free”. Right now the ONLY Officially Exciting Topic is Israel. Most of the allegedly independent Substackers and Rumblers have followed Pied Piper Bobby or Pied Piper Trump back into solid neocon territory after many years of bashing neocons.

One notable exception is Cindy Sheehan, who remains steadfastly opposed to ALL wars, not just unfashionable wars. Kucinich is also steadfast but he’s not a frequent writer.

In general I can find more truly independent voices on Youtube than on Rumble or Substack or Reddit. Substack doesn’t seem to have explicit censorship, but I guess the subscription model steers click-seekers toward current fashion.

Semi-relevant: It’s interesting that Democrats and American Jews are far more divided and “unexcited” by the Israel/Palestine thing than Repooflicans and Christians. Obviously Jews want Israel to survive and flourish, but many of them are tired of Bibi’s endless aggression, which causes unnecessary trouble. Historically Jews have mastered the techniques of surviving as mice in a world of cats. Bibi continues playing the all-consuming tiger, pushing his quiet allies (Saudi, Dubai, South Africa) to the Russia/China side.
