Here’s a good example of the defector rule I was discussing in previous item.
This author is trying to say that Deepstate is not as powerful as we think. Specifically, Deepstate has been warning the rest of the government that the war in Ukraine is pointless and unwinnable.
He starts with one blatant lie and one misinterpretation.
Lie:
With Donald Trump out of power, the Blob’s unity is thought to extend to the White House.
Trump is part of the Blob. He revealed his membership IMMEDIATELY when he retained all the swampians and fired all his fake “populist” accomplices. Standard gangster behavior.
Misdefinition:
This set of institutions is the American military bureaucracies and intelligence agencies, otherwise known as the Deep State.
The military is part of the permanent bureaucracy but NOT part of Deepstate. Military officers have always been in close contact with physical reality. They know when a war is unwinnable, and try hard to avoid wasting their budget and men on a pointless war. Ike displayed the separation as president when he ended Korea and prevented Deepstate from entering Cuba and Vietnam.
In fact Deepstate is (1) intel agencies (2) banks and Wall Street (3) NGOs and activists.
Defector rule: I went ahead and read the whole article because I remembered that Pinkoski had written a checkably true article earlier. I’m willing to forgive an error after an author has established credibility. Despite the error, his final conclusion powerfully agrees with reality:
However, the end is no longer a secret. Eventually, Ukraine will be strangled — on terms set by the security services of Russia and the United States.
It’s been clear since 1946 that KGB and CIA work together when needed, and their cooperation makes sense from the Parkinson perspective. They want a game with two sides, not an absolute win for one side. If one side wins, there’s no budget and workforce for foreign intel services because there’s no foreign in a universal empire governed by one king. Always keep arbitrage going.
