SpokaneNews posts a city proposal to change something or other relating to transparency and fire dispatch.

As a total outsider I couldn’t even grasp what the whole thing was about. Looks like garbled jargon.

Several outsiders commented with reflexive partisan hatred. Several insiders with complete knowledge of the situation are against the proposal because the dispatch agency is already overloaded, suffering from burnout, and slow to respond to real fires. This proposal will load the agency down even more to “save money”.

Good example of the REAL purpose of most political and commercial output, whether it’s speeches or referenda or advertising. When the message doesn’t make sense, you can be sure SOME people can decode the message. The big donors know the code and feel a sense of satisfaction that their billions are helping to destroy the peasants.
