Carney is the master.

Carney understands, better than anyone else in the world, how to deal with psychopaths. He’s not alone; even the Canadian journalists at CBC appear to grasp the problem and the solution. Our politicians and journalists continue to score a solid ZERO on this test. They can’t pull their brainless heads out of their own asses, or else they’re all paid employees of Trump.

I figured out this trick in 1969 when I was stuck in a jail cell with a psychopath. At the time I didn’t know the proper name of the type; I just thought of them as rule-changers and Innovative Disruptors.

Brits also do a good job of recognizing the type, if not the solution. These old British TV shows depict the type perfectly. Some Canadians also figured it out a long time ago, as in this 1886 editorial.
