There ought to be a word when a verbal transcript is only edited to remove hesitations, stammers, false starts, ums, and youknows. The word would make it clear that the editing didn’t change any intended words and didn’t try to “correct” the speaker’s “grammar”. Decluttered?

Why do some acronyms stick without creating a pattern? ASAP is common, but there should be parallels for As Much As Possible or As Cheap As Possible. AFAIK is common, but I often want to abbreviate As Far As I Can Tell.
