I’m sort of clinically fascinated by the incurable self-destructive stupidity of the Dems.
Today’s news item is an “autopsy” or analysis of their failed elections. The DNC chairman assigned an aide to write it a year ago, then kept it secret until now. He only released it because CNN had already leaked it. (Bravo to CNN, showing some balance for once!) The report mentions a few genuine problems but skips past the more serious things.
Above all it misses the SUPER-BASIC IDIOCY of nearly all US institutions. Corporations, politicians, churches, journalists, academia. They openly and ferociously HATE us, spit on us, and reject everything we do or like or value.
And then they can’t figure out why we won’t support them or buy their products or vote for them. Total mystery, beyond the power of human thought, even beyond the infinite wisdom of Altman’s machine.
Of course it’s not a mystery. FDR did everything right, solved all the problems that government can solve. Today’s problems are the same as 1932. The solutions are the same. Do what FDR did, and especially DON’T do what he DIDN’T do. Just copy verbatim.
