As usual….

A few days ago, watching the lethal end of Abe and the non-lethal end of Boris, I wondered about the motives of the competitors:

Basic historical fact: Leaders are NEVER killed by lone gunmen. Leaders are ALWAYS killed by competing leaders. True for thousands of years. See Machiavelli. Why did the competition want Abe dead? Economics or military or “virus”? Or just personal grudges? Is there a connection with yesterday’s non-lethal removal of Boris? It will be interesting to watch the global response, which should indicate the reason for both removals fairly soon.

Well, we already have the answer for Boris. It’s just personal grudges.

His competitors are spinning up their campaigns to win party approval as the new PM.

They’re saying absolutely nothing about a change of agenda or direction. Most of them are just quacking the standard Repooflican/Tory noise:

ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX ZERO TAX

which is as predictable and meaningless as the ticking of a clock. Each of them is also proposing a miniature symbolic gimmick, like asylum seekers from Rwanda or Woke language.
