The supremes struck down EPA’s overuse of wetlands laws unanimously. No partisan divide.

Looking at it naively: Maybe the courts are starting to realize that they’ve been failing at their basic job.

Jaded: Now that environmentalism is switching back to a Repooflican movement, the Supremes are able to disapprove.

The motivation doesn’t really matter. The result is good and SOLID regardless of the motivation. Three cheers!
