JUDGE Alsup of the District Court in Calif has summarily ordered the Elon administration to retract its firing of all federal workers. Alsup is the only JUDGE. He knows the law and applies the law, no matter which side wins. JUDGE Alsup blocked Green loonies when they broke the law, and he blocks Elon when Elon breaks the law. Laws and contracts are WRITTEN for a reason, which everyone except JUDGE Alsup has forgotten.
In this case he clarifies that agencies can always fire an employee for incompetence or other genuine reasons, strongly hinting that agencies should have been doing more cleanup anyway. If you don’t want people to support a violent revolution, you should DO YOUR ASSIGNED JOB. Government should be controlling crime, controlling the borders, and controlling billionaires, not ENCOURAGING evil.
The Elon administration is using "performance" illegally and sneakily. Alsup called it a sham, which applies to everything Elon and Trump do. Their entire lives are crime and swindling and evil.
Alsup has enforced real laws before. In 2022 I noted a similar application of real logic and real law when PGE blamed its own criminality on “BURNING CLIMATE EMERGENCY”.
Alsup told PGE’s lawyers:
Usually a criminal on probation is forthcoming and admits what they need to admit. You haven’t admitted much. There’s a clear-cut pattern here: that PGE is starting these fires.
Professional criminals and psychopaths ALWAYS blame and frame innocent bystanders or innocent phenomena for their own murders and thefts and genocides. Low-level criminals blame “some guy named Jim” for putting the drugs in their pocket. High-level criminals blame “performance” or customers or voters or “BURNING CLIMATE EMERGENCY” or mathematics.
